The huge remodel that started at the end of last year has really had a fantastic response. The golf course looks great and swimmers are enjoying the new pool. Millwood Landing has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. To keep the positive growth trajectory, we added an activities director to the team. Please welcome to the Millwood family our new Activity Director, Heather Sexton. She’s gearing up for a great guest experience and can’t wait to show you all the fun!  

Summer was a hit at the resort. Our golf course, after being upgraded and remodeled, had our guests swinging easy, having great rounds and seeing birdies. The many happy golfers who came through were asking when they can book their next tee time! The Millwood Country Club was packed with plenty of smiles and full bellies. Many of our guests have enjoyed a cold drink in the hot sun after playing some golf or relaxing near the lake. And our Pro Shop has everything you need to enjoy the next round. Our Thursday Evening Scrambles have brought in dozens of players across Southwest Arkansas to play our course. 

We recently remodeled the swimming pool, providing it with more skimmers, new plaster, and new tiling. The safety railings on the golf course have been restored as well. Over the next couple of months, we will be planting new flowers and other fauna around the grounds, and we’ve converted part of the practice green into the all-new Bermuda Grass Nursery, which will help us improve the golf course.  

The Millwood Landing Golf and RV Resort is ready to provide a fantastic camping experience, as well as a nice, cool round of golf this fall. Bring the whole family and come experience the fun. And keep your eye out for the next activity calendar!
